At ICTechnology, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT solutions with transparency and reliability. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we manage the delivery of our services, as well as our approach to cancellations, refunds, and service interruptions.

 

Service Delivery

We offer a wide range of IT services, including Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, Project Management, and Web & App Development.

Once a service agreement is in place, our team will work closely with you to ensure timely and efficient delivery in line with the agreed scope and timeline.

Fulfilment of services begins once payment is successfully processed and a formal service agreement is signed (if applicable). For smaller tasks or one-off jobs, service may begin upon written confirmation or acceptance of a quote.

Typical delivery timeframes for services vary by project size:

  • Standard services: within 3–5 business days.
  • Custom projects: as per agreement, with progress milestones.
    All delivery timeframes will be clearly stated in your service scope or proposal.

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and details of the services purchased.

 

Refund Policy

ICTechnology does not offer refunds for services already rendered. However, if there is a significant issue with service delivery, we will work with you to resolve the matter in good faith. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue arising.

 

Suspension or Termination

ICTechnology reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under specific conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Emergencies or legal obligations
  • Overdue payments exceeding 14 days (not under good faith dispute)
  • Insolvency, administration, or serious financial/legal issues affecting the client
  • Breach of the agreement that is not resolved within the notice period

Termination may also occur:

  • At the end of the initial term, with 14 days’ written notice
  • Immediately, in the case of a material breach
  • By the client, if ICTechnology fails to resolve significant service delivery issues after repeated written notice

Suspension or termination does not affect any accrued rights or legal remedies. Certain obligations, such as limitations of liability and indemnities, continue beyond termination.
