In these circumstances, ICTechnology acts as a service provider and handles such information in accordance with the relevant customer contract and documented instructions. Responsibility for privacy compliance in relation to Client Data remains with the customer, subject to applicable law.
- Direct marketing, email, SMS, and calls
- We send commercial electronic messages with express or inferred consent and include sender identification and a functional unsubscribe. We do not use address harvesting software.
- Inferred consent is relied upon only where there is an existing relationship and it would be reasonably expected that we send such communications.
- We do not make telemarketing calls to numbers on the Do Not Call Register and comply with telemarketing industry standards,
- Cross border disclosure
